Smart Cities • facilitate the transfer of e-Government successes across national borders • identify and support the real transformational impact on local government service delivery • equip decision makers with the knowledge and motivation • iclude national authorities
Smart Cities… • understand which e-services are best and why • reconsider how services are delivered and which channels they should use • reorganise their internal service delivery processes and back office functions • develop a prototype North Sea Region/EU-wide service list
