Installation instructions for BUWAtank • Leave space around for tank inspections • Install the panels on the base system • Upper ring covers lowest ring on the outside • Do not install the panel rings in one vertical line • Complete tank is installed by hand • After finishing, all bolt sets need to be fixed by force of min 20 Nm

Installation of the BUWAliner • Take away all sharp elements • Equalise the sand bottom or clean the concrete floor • Install the bottom insulation blanket (500 gr/m2) if concrete floor has been used • Install the wall insulation blanket (300 gr/m2) and fix it with plastic strips and tie–raps • Install the liner by using clamps • Tighten the liner through the ratchet buckles

  16. Installing conical outlets • Pull the outlet on the pipe and cut the material above the pipe • Push the outlet down • Use tape 1 for first tightening • Use tape 2 for final tightening
