A man is angry at T-Mobile service, his phone is not working and he hast tried everything that the manual says. He is not a happy man when he calls customer service. The Situation
Ring* Ring* • “Ma’am I am very unhappy with my Phone ! It is a piece of junk and useless!” • “Sir what seems to be the problem with your phone?” • “Its not working! If it did I wouldn’t be calling you!” • “I’m sorry to hear that sir, I will try to help you fix it. Can you tell me what is wrong with it?” • “It won’t load my internet!” • “Sir try and restart it then go into your settings and turn off your internet then wait 1 minute and turn it back on.” • “Ohhhh okay, that works now! Thanks….” • “Your welcome thanks for calling, I can help anytime!” • *Hangs up Dialogue
The customer service rep. handled the situation very well and stayed calm. By doing this they brought the customer back and kept him coming back for T-Mobile service and phones. This customer was a complaining. Conclusion
