  3. Details of MIS and M&E positions approved and filled at SMMU, DMMU and BMMU level.

  4. Strategy adopted for collecting and uploading SHG monthly transaction data (SHG monthly report Card) • MIS base Register Developed and placed in 7 resource block at SHG level to collect weekly transaction data • ToT for DMMU and BMMU staff along with cluster coordinator on SHG MIS register • Training of identified book keeper on SHG MIS register by master trainers. (one booker/village) • Training of Data entry operators (DMMU/BMMU) • JSLPS is in process to develop tablet based application for collection of SHG weekly transaction data. • Application rolloutby October’2013

Training of Staff on MIS & ME • SPM,PMs, DPM and BPMs oriented about basic concepts of M&E – 2 days training was organized with support of NMMU. • All cluster coordinators (38) of 7 resource blocks are trained on MIS base register as master trainers. • 98 Book keepers trained by the Cluster Coordinators on MIS base register. • District and block level Data Entry Operators are trained on MIS modules.

  6. System of Internal Reviews • Monthly review format has been developed on key indicators of the program. • SPM/PM designated as nodal officer of the district/block to anchor entire activity in the assigned area.

Strategy adopted for SHG Profile data and the progress made up to July’ 2013. • JSLPS awarded contract to Sutra Consultancy for SHG profiling of 5 resource blocks including data entry of collected profile in JSLPS online MIS. • SHG Profile Format • Profiling Completed: 2200 • Data Entered: 1840 • Data entry will be completed by 15th August’2013 • Profiling of 750 SHGs in all blocks of Pakur district completed through partner NGO engaged under UNDP-FI project. • Rest profiling is being done through hiring of technical firm/DRDAs . • EOI Floated (Last Date of submission is 14th August’13) • Contract will be awarded by Sep.’13

Infrastructure and manpower available at block and sub-block level to undertake data entry. • Infrastructure Status • 2 Desktop at each BMMU in place • Provision of broadband internet connection at BMMU level • Provision of Tablets • JSLPS is negotiating with Bharat Electronics Limited, Bangalore for manufacturing of tablets as per specification prepared • 2 Data entry operators is in place in 7 resource blocks
