  2. Administration • Use EDCS to assign evaluators to classroom teachers and leaders • Send information from EDCS  KEEP

  3. Educators • Create Authenticated Applications username and password

  4. KEEP Process Flow • Click on a step to see details

  5. Evaluatee Self-Assessment Log in • Select KEEP Self-Assessment • First screen that shows up • Select level for each construct • “Save” does not submit at this point – simply saves your work! Artifacts • Optional • Use tab at top of page • Upload files and indicate constructs Submit Self-Assessment • Go to TOP of page – mark checkbox as complete • Go to BOTTOM of page and “Save” – now it is submitted! Back to overall process

Beginning of Cycle Goals • Detail entered before or after conference Beginning of cycle conference • In person or electronic • Discuss self-assessment • Discuss goals Evaluator conference comments • Conferences tab • Must enter date and comments to save • “Save” does not send to evaluatee • Must mark checkbox and save to send to evaluatee Artifacts • Optional – either evaluatee or evaluator • Use tab at top of page • Upload files and indicate constructs Evaluatee Beginning Assessment • Must go back to self-assessment and make any changes • Must check checkmark box at top of screen • Save at bottom of screen. Evaluatee Comments • Conferences tab • Must enter date and comments to save • “Save” does not send to evaluatee • Must mark checkbox and save to send to evaluatee Back to overall process

Mid Cycle Mid cycle conference • In person • Likely discuss formal observation feedback • Discuss goals Evaluator conference comments • Conferences tab • Must enter date and comments to save • “Save” does not send to evaluatee • Must mark checkbox and save to send to evaluatee Artifacts • Optional – either evaluatee or evaluator • Use tab at top of page • Upload files and indicate constructs Evaluatee Comments • Conferences tab • Must enter date and comments to save • “Save” does not send to evaluatee • Must mark checkbox and save to send to evaluatee Back to overall process

  9. End of Cycle Note • End of Cycle Conference, SGM and IPP pages can be worked on simultaneously. Previous Student Growth Rating • Must complete all fields • Rating will be suggested. You can choose to not accept it and select another rating Instructional Practices Rating • Comments can be added for each category • “Evidence” will be pre-populated from Artifacts • Rating will be suggested. You can choose to adjust it Summary Rating • Rating suggested based on SGM and IPP ratings Evaluator Comments • Evaluator adds comments to Summary Rating page • Must mark checkbox complete and save to send to evaluatee Evaluatee Comments • Evaluatee adds comments • Must mark checkbox complete and save Evaluator Comments • Evaluator must go in again, add comments, mark checkbox and save to complete evaluation! Back to overall process
