  2. Why the Phillies? • I have grown up watching and cheering for the Phillies. • Every summer I go to games with my friends and family. • They are my favorite professional sports team.

  3. What I Wanted to Accomplish • Display facts and knowledge of the Philadelphia Phillies. • Use the skills I learned in class to display my passion for the Phillies. • Give others knowledge of the Phillies.

  4. Problems I Encountered • Getting My Applet to work. • Loading videos to my website. • Time. • Forgot to save all of my work in the library.

Brief History of the Phillies • Began playing in 1884. • Have won 2 world series (1980,2008). • 7 National League Pennants (1915,1950,1980,1983,1993,2008,2009). • 9 National League East Division titles (1976,1977,1978,1980,1983,1993,2007,2008,2009). • Home of legendary broadcaster Harry Kalas.
