Rahsaan King - Training Student Entrepreneurs

In addition to being the CEO of Students of Strength, LLC, Rahsaan King commits himself to extensive volunteer work in an effort to help others. He works with the Masechaba Homeless Ministry for two hours on Sunday for forty weeks of the year to feed and clothe as many as two hundred homeless people per session.

  1. Rahsaan King Training Student Entrepreneurs Having experienced immense success in his own endeavors as a student entrepreneur, Rahsaan King is well-placed to offer advice and guidance to others. He founded Startup Consulting in fall 2014 to offer dedicated training and consultancy to students so that they will be more prepared for the challenges that they will face in their efforts to start their own companies.Rahsaan King dreams big when it comes to his career ambitions. “My goal is to have the largest educational business in the world,” he says. It is a lofty goal, but one that he is well on his way to realizing as the CEO of Students of Strength, LLC, which currently employs more than two hundred people. The company uses educational technology to provide a range of services to students and schools.

Rahsaan King Multi-Talented Business Leader Rahsaan King demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit at an early age, achieving success with Students of Strength, which he founded in spring 2012, and going on to form two other companies. When speaking of his talents, he says “I am an innovative, strategic planner, goal-oriented service leader; with experience and success in team building, quality control, budget management and project execution.” Rahsaan King founded the SOS Foundation in the fall of 2013 with the aim of offering scholarship opportunities, test preparation services and supplementary educational technology to low-income students. In speaking about his own background in this article, King talks about the importance of this work for students, stating: “I wanted to give them the same opportunities I have had in my education.”
