We could identify a deposition regime for which the obtained structures contain crystalline CrO2 Difractograme of the film deposited from CrO3 target at room temperature, 13Pa oxygen for a laser fluence of 2.4 J/cm2 SEM micrograph of the film deposited at 300C, 13 Pa O2for a laser fluence of 2.4 J/cm2
Raman spectroscopy We studied the stability in time of the: films protected with gold No modification in the film composition within 4 months of exposure to air versus unprotected films Modified composition of the film after 4 months exposure to air Raman spectra of the films (Cr8O21 target, 2.4 J/cm2, 13 Pa O2)after four months of exposure to ambient air: a) gold protected film; b) unprotected film
