  2. Introduction • The following slides will direct you toward the examples and exercises used in the modules plus other Quality Improvement information • Use this information as a supplement to the training modules or to help inform others on your QI team

  3. Required Software • To view the Visio files, you will need to have Visio or the Visio 2007 Viewer installed. To download the Viewer, go to the Microsoft website and search for ‘Visio 2007 Viewer’ • To view the Flash video, download the FLV Player at http://www.martijndevisser.com

Quality Improvement Page • The Quality Improvement page on the Health Commerce System has all the information presented in the modules and more • To get there, go to https://commerce.health.state.ny.us/hin/county/IGG/QITraining/QITraining.htm • This page can be found on the HIN by going to the County Corner page, then clicking on the Quality Improvement link in the County Info section
