Key lessons learned: • provide interesting test projects • “Reward points have been encouraging, but, of course, suitable projects for one’s profile should be provided often” (test user C) • provide incentives for test users • “I think it will definitely enhance active participation because people will feel more motivated when they can receive a reward” (test user D) • give feedback
