Kennedy, Martin Luther King, and the Beltway sniper attacks involved the use of rifles, usually with telescopic sights, from concealed locations.

The third reason-Psychological and personality • Most of them are unsociable and eccentric . • Most of them have problem of spirit. • Family background and environment . • Most of them are dissatisfied with their life. • Quarrel with other always give rise to hate. • For revenge.
