  2. Charles was born on a farm near Grant City. He ran a newspaper called the Knightstown Sun for four years with his brother Clarence. He was a very influential historian and penned a book about the U.S. Constitution in 1913 that was not very popular among his colleagues. He earned his doctorate degree at the age of 29. When he died at the age of 74, Time Magazine called him the most influential American historian of his day. Charles Austin Beard1874-1948

  3. During Open Enrollment each eligible employee will have the option to elect or cancel any of their insurance options. Please be aware – some insurance companies will have additional requirements for any enrollment received after 30 days from hire date. Check web-site for details.

The Board agrees to make available term life policy for all eligible employees who wish to participate. • The Policy will provide $50,000 for death benefit and double indemnity death benefit in case of accidental death. • The Board will assume the full cost of the policy less $0.25 per year.   12. The Board has established a qualified IRS Code Section 403(b) matching annuity plan for all eligible employees. • The Board shall contribute a match of up to 2.5% . Valic403(b) Annuity

  14. Section 125 – Flexible Benefits Plan • Each eligible employee shall meet with a Section 125 representative each year to discuss the options available to them. American Fidelity
