Which number is your mission ? • It is the sixth mission.
What do I think about this mission? • I really liked this mission because one of the churches were made by Native Americans.
Unique qualities of this mission • Something unique this mission has is, they turned one of the churches into a hospital, after many of the indians died.
Was the mission ever damaged? If so was it fixed • No, but there was an earthquake but it was built so strong that it stayed up during it.
Who lived at the mission? What Indian tribe lived there? • The Coatonoan Indians lived there but they were treated poorly by white men and were afraid of guns.
What was daily life on the mission? • It was hard work and a lot of the time they had to go to church.
Did the natives like living on the mission? • Yes they did but the cold weather kept them away sometimes.
What did the mission grow? • They grew many different types of crops.
