CONCLUSIONES La investigación se propone explorar, describir, explicar, comprender e interpretar los problemas de conocimiento relacionados con el desarrollo regional y nacional, con las alternativas para promoverlo con los resultados de la aplicación del saber, con la técnica y la tecnología, con los modelos y teorías para la consecución de sus logros, generando empleo, conocimiento, competitividad y capacidad emprendedora.
