  5. Issue elaboration (1) • Lack of parking spaces • not even current number of parking spaces is enough to satisfy current requirements • building a shopping center will increase the lack of parking spaces • building a parking lot may decrease space reserved for playgrounds and parks 5/8

  6. Issue elaboration (2) • Lack of hygiene • Arrogant shoppers often don't think about the environment and garbage disposals • People that are employed in shopping centers don't always have the patience to dispose garbage on marked places 6/8
