  3. Logging into Freedom Program Contact us to setup your user account

  4. Upload files directly from your LOS or create a new file from scratch Import files from your LOS

  5. Enter your broker information Your basic broker information will automatically display. Provide us with additional information or enter the name of another loan officer in your organization.

  6. Order a new credit report, reissue your existing credit report, or manually enter credit report information Select your preferred credit report provider from over 200 credit vendors. Enter your login and password for your credit vendor’s system. Provide credit report information

  7. Re-issue Credit Report Include file Id number and the instant View password

  8. Re-issue Credit Report Pick your credit provider from the drop down menu

  9. Applicant and credit information is automatically imported from the credit report. Change liability totals and/or view the applicant’s credit report. Verify Applicant Information

  10. Enter property details Enter loan, documentation and income details. Enter loan amount details and piggyback financing information. Property and Loan Information

  14. View details of a loan program including fee-based adjustments and conditions. Check this box to view all the rate options for a loan program. Select your desired program and rate option.   15. Print or email yourself a copy of the loan certificate. Save Loan Certificate

  16. View a pipeline of open and submitted loans. Track Loan Status
