  2. The role of women • It is undeniably true that women are playing a vital role in the development of Bangladesh. • About half of our population is women. • We can’t imagine our desired development without them.

  3. Perfection in work • Women are now perfect in their workplaces. • Now-a-days they are controlling both family & career life.

  4. Different profession • At present women are working as teachers, bankers, telecom professionals, lecturers etc. • They are also running their own business quite successfully. • They are also choosing their career in the mass media & communication. • Lots of women are choosing journalism as their profession.

  5. The role of illiterate women • Not only the educated women but also the uneducated women are contributing in the development of agricultural and economical sector. • They are now working at Garments factory , beauty salons and also in many other places.

  6. Established women • Women have now their own business institute,fasion houses,beauty salons etc. • So women are now More confident to challenge the world.
