Validates Who is Filing (Userid, PIN and Password) 3. Archives Original Filer Transmission 4. Divides State Data and Sends to Appropriate Agency 5. Inserts State Received Date in Internal Revenue Service (IRS) 813 in BTI Segment 6. Creates IWD to IRS 838 7. Includes IRS 813 with Received Date 8. Encrypts both using Electronic Management System (EMS) Encryption System 9. Sends to IRS IRS Runs Validity Checks State Agencies IWD Separates Acknowledgements and Passes to Employers
