School in CommunityOBJECTIVES • Identify and enhance practices which connect programs and services for children, families, schools and communities. • Develop linkages between school and these multiple partners to provide access to resources and information that can enhance the outcomes of the transition process. • Create traditional, as well as nontraditional alliances with community groups and organizations in order to fully expand options available.
