What does it take to make a community? What is the difference between a neighborhood and a community? Who has the power in communities? Examine the significance of power in communities, who has it and why. Your post should be 250-300 words and include one scholarly reference to support your comments. Whether by natural disaster or economic issues, poverty remains an issue in other countries such as Haiti. Watch The Aid Dilemma video and discuss whether you think that our efforts, though well intentioned, are doing what we intend. What are the pros and cons to the way we give aid, or apply behavioral science principles to such countries as Haiti?
