ASC Qdos Programme Changes – Feb 2011 Qdos team February 2011
Background to changes • Programme was amended in October 2010 when agent level sales targeting was removed. • Work has been going on across the business to bring in a simpler, more transparent monthly Qdos multiplier programme and base rate structure. • These changes are helping the business to share good practice and support the need to have good governance of our remuneration and reward policies. • Organisational changes have also lead to a need to align channels more quickly from the start of the year.
What are the changes? • Your multiplier structure will change, reducing the number of levels within the programme and changing the multipliers. • The base rates for Qdos will also change and become more aligned to the value you are driving for our business through the promotions you make to customers. • There will be a new calculator available. The look and feel of this calculator will be different but it will still hold the same data as before. • These changes will take place from 1st March 2011.
New banding calculator You will now reach an entry screen before you see the main calculator. You will need to enter your payroll number. You can either go directly to the calculator to enter your calls and sales or import the data from the PiPP file. This will bring up a cumulative view of monthly performance.
New base rates • The products which bring in the greater value have been increased to align them to our business direction. • Low value products will be paid at a lower value. • Flexi products will be paid at the same value as the full fat product i.e. P&D Flexi is paid at £2. • Product upgrades will continue to be paid at 50% of the base rate.
Summary • The Qdos programme will change from 1st March 2011. • The number of multipliers will reduce and will now range from 0.5 – 3. • The base rates are also being changed, increasing in our higher value products.
TM Programme • There will not be any immediate changes to the Team Manager scheme. • The rates paid are already in line with value and the programme supports you in driving participation in promotion across your team.
