Eq28 (all fit parameters are fixed except I5 and R5) Errors are sys+stat ?. Errors are statistical only for Akch+Okad+Bult with Eq28. Phase Angle for Phi_5 is ~86 o. Plot Alekseev sqrt{s }=6.8 GeV data on top (not used in the fit).
