  2. What is Adderall • Adderall is a stimulant which affects the chemicals in the brain to control hyperactivity and impulses. It is used for people who have ADHD and ADD.

How to get Adderall and how much? • The only way someone would be able to get Adderall is being prescribed by a ADHD specialist or doctor. • They have become very careful who they are giving it out to now because it is extremely dangerous to take if you don’t have ADHD or ADD • Example: adderall- 20 pills w/o insurance plan: $65.99adderall xr- 20 pills w/o insurance plan: $94.08

  4. On the Streets • Many college kids have been using Adderall as a study drug. It is nicknamed “college crack.” Students have said that they can concentrate on their studies for hours upon hours and they do 10x better with the drug on tests than others. • Some other people use it as a party drug. What does Adderall Effect • Adderall effects the brain, it makes you more awake and focus on the task at hand. • When taking Adderall it enhances dopamine neurotransmitters which makes you happier, more focused and ready to go. • Adderall has several endogenous analogues which are found in the brain and the nervous system. These are molecules that are thought to increase levels of excitement and alertness. • The main system affected by Adderall is linked to the reward system. The neurotransmitters involved in the brains pathway the more the Adderall will kick in.

  6. Serious Side Effects • Fast, pounding uneven heartbeats • Fainting • Increased blood pressure • Headaches • Restlessness • Muscle twitches • Chest pain • Numbness
