1. A teacher is like a music conductor. In a band he has performers of different talents and skills. They are at different talent levels. Some are extremely good with their instruments, some are enthusiastic but have yet to gain mastery . Some are good at performing in group but some are good at performing solo. The Music conductor gauges each individual’s talents and understands their strengths and weaknesses by allowing them to practice single pieces of music on their own and in group and slowly but steadily hones their talents by teaching them different nuances of music. He boosts their self confidence by incorporating solo performances during a recital which makes each member feel proud and a very important contributor in the success of the band.
