  1. About Us • Delhi Stay is the accommodation partner of AIESEC, it provides and manages accommodation for the interns of AIESEC in Delhi University. Delhi Stay is a one point contact for professionals , volunteers, and visitors for all sort of accommodation needs plus provides opportunities to explore India as an insider. We have a number of accommodations for AIESEC in three categories (BASIC, STANDARED AND DELUX ) keeping intern’s interest and budget in mind. • PLEASE NOTE: • All the accommodations, mentioned in the following slides are subject to availability. • Each accommodation / home stay, may have their set of rules, we request you to please follow and respect the rules and privacy of the place.

  2. BASIC - ACCOMODATION Dedicated AIESEC Trainee Houses

PRICING FOR ALL BASIC - ACCOMMODATIONS Depending upon the type of internship, each intern pays the following monthly rent: Lower paid interns (DT/ET): Security (Refundable): Rs. 3300 Basic Rent: Rs. 3300/month Other charges: Rs. 1200/month Higher paid interns(MT/TN): Security (Refundable): Rs. 4400 Basic Rent: Rs. 4400/month Other charges: Rs. 1200/month INCLUDES: Electricity Water Gas cylinder Internet ( wi-fi) Cleaning of the apartment and kitchen once every day Garbage collection Bed, mattress, Bed sheet, pillow cover and quilt Dry cleaning/washing/changing bed linens and curtains Any local body charges Supervision of the flat General repairs: includes the visiting charges of plumber and electrician, general wear tear repair Basic utensils in the kitchen like pans, spatula, pressure cooker etc. EXCLUDES: Consumables, grocery etc. Washing of clothes

  4. 3 Room Flat share- For 10 people DESCRIPTION: Three bed room house with terrace garden, rooms on twin/three/four sharing, 3 shared bathrooms, common equipped kitchen, living area and sit-out. Located in Lajpat Nagar a central locality of Delhi. Facilities like: wi-fi, hot/cold water, bed linens, equipped kitchen, air cooler, cleaning etc. REMARKS: Close proximity to ring road, markets, best suited budget accommodation for interns. AVAILABILITY: No place available .

  5. 4 Room Flat share- For 9 people DESCRIPTION: Four bed room house with balcony, rooms on twin/three sharing, 2 shared bathrooms, common equipped kitchen, dining area and sit-out. Situated in lajpat Nagar, a central locality of Delhi. Facilities like: wi-fi, hot/cold water, bed linens, equipped kitchen, air cooler, cleaning etc. REMARKS: Close proximity to ring road, markets, best suited budget/higher paying accommodation for interns. AVAILABILITY: No place available for now

  6. 4 Room Flat share- For 9 people DESCRIPTION: Four bed room house with three shared bathrooms, rooms on twin/three/four sharing, common equipped kitchen, living area and sit-out. Situated in Lajpat Nagar, a central locality of Delhi. Facilities like: wi-fi, hot/cold water, bed linens, equipped kitchen, air cooler, cleaning etc. REMARKS: Close proximity to ring road, markets, best budget accommodation for interns for group stays. AVAILABILITY: No place available .

  7. 3 Room Flat share- For 7 Girls DESCRIPTION: Three bed room house with balcony, rooms on twin/three sharing, 2 shared bathrooms, common equipped kitchen, drawing/dining area. Situated in lajpat Nagar, a central locality of Delhi. Facilities like: wi-fi, hot/cold water, bed linens, equipped kitchen, air cooler, cleaning etc. REMARKS: Close proximity to ring road, markets, best suited budget accommodation for Girls. AVAILABILITY: No Place available

  9. 2 Room Flat share- For 4 people DESCRIPTION: Two bed room house with terrace garden, 1 bathroom, rooms on twin sharing, common equipped kitchen, living area and sit-out. Situated in East of Kailash, a central and posh locality of Delhi. Facilities: wi-fi, bed linens, equipped kitchen, air conditioning, cleaning etc. MONTHLY CHARGES: Rs.7000/ month/person +Ac charges extra as per actual. Includes all facilities as the basic accommodation. AVAILABILITY: Place available after 31st july.

  10. 4 Room Flat share DESCRIPTION: 4 bed room house with drawing and dinning, rooms on triple sharing, common equipped kitchen. Situated in Kailash hills, a central and posh locality of Delhi. Facilities: wi-fi, bed linens, equipped kitchen, air conditioning, cleaning etc. MONTHLY CHARGES: Rs.7000/ month/person +Ac charges extra as per actual. Includes all facilities as the basic accommodation. AVAILABILITY: No place available now but have some similar options.

  11. DELUXE - ACCOMODATION

  12. Studio, Kailash Hills DESCRIPTION: 1 Master Bed Room with bath, Big Living Area, equipped kitchen. Located in Kailash Hills a central, posh and peaceful neighborhood, park facing and walking from local market, day time housekeeping, (room on four sharing). MONTHLY CHARGES: Rs.15,000/ month/person (can be converted for single/two sharing by paying extra cost)+ Electricity charges extra as per actual AVAILABILITY: No place available for now (pls put request if interested).

  13. 5 room apartment, East of kailash DESCRIPTION: 5 Double Bed Room, attach bath, big Living Area, terrace garden, equipped kitchen, Located in East of Kailash a central and posh neighborhood, chargeable meals available, park facing and walking from local market, day time housekeeping. MONTHLY RENT: Rs.25,000/ month for single and 15000/month/person on double sharing OTHER CHARGES: Electricity as per actual. AVAILABILITY: Place available (pls put request in advance if interested).

  14. 5 room apartment, East of kailash DESCRIPTION: 5 Double Bed Room, attach bath, big Living Area, Located in East of Kailash a central and posh neighborhood, chargeable meals available at very reasonable price, and walking from local market, 24 hr. housekeeping, fully air conditioned. MONTHLY RENT: Rs.25,000/ month for single and 15000/month/person on double sharing OTHER CHARGES: Electricity as per actual. AVAILABILITY: Place available (pls put request in if interested).

  15. 3 Rooms , Home Stay, East of Kailash DESCRIPTION: Three rooms with attach bathroom on twin sharing, terrace garden and balcony. Situated in a posh locality of Delhi. Includes the laundry and meals. The family owing the property lives in the same premises on the First floor. Located in East of Kailash, a posh and peaceful neighborhood. Air-conditioned room, includes breakfast and dinner. MONTHLY CHARGES: Rs.15,000/ month/person + Ac charges extra as per actual REMARKS: Only for Girls, the family entertains international volunteers regularly. Very well maintained facility. AVAILABILITY: Place available for Girls (pls put request in advance if interested).

  16. 2 Rooms, Home Stay, Alaknanada DESCRIPTION: Two room with attach bath twin sharing on ground floor has equipped kitchen, common living and dining area, balcony and attached bathroom. Situated in Alaknanda, fully secure and park facing. The lady owing the property lives on the floor above, she is a single old woman and has no other family members. MONTHLY CHARGES: Rs.10,000/ month/person + AC charges extra as per actual AVAILABILITY: No place available for now (pls put request if interested).

Each Accommodation avails the following: • FACILITIES • On arrival each trainee is given a briefing session to show around the house, meet the flatmates and explain the flat share rules. • Each trainee is provided on arrival with a set of keys to their wardrobe and main door. • All trainees have sturdy beds and bed linens, provided by Delhistay, which will be changed and washed every 15days. • Each house will equipped with friendly furnishings to help trainees have a comfortable stay. • All general repair works, problems with fixtures and furnishings and housekeeping will be taken care by Delhistay. • Trainees can choose to employ the delhistay, housekeeping staff for their personal laundry work by paying extra costs. • PERSONNEL • Each accommodation has housekeeping staff, employed by Delhistay. • Delhistay will take care of distributing duties, ensuring that the given tasks are accomplished and the staff salaries. • A dedicated supervisor is employed by Delhistay, who will act as a care taker for all apartments. He/She will ensure the proper working and up gradation of all fixtures and furnishings. Any complaints and repairs due can be brought to his/her notice by trainees. • Key management of Delhistay will always be in touch with the trainees and any complaints and problems with any facility or personnel can be brought to their notice and necessary action will be taken.
