  3. Eligibility Criteria • Any SME with less than 250 employees • A turnover of less than £50m • Less than 25% ownership by a non-SME • Postcode located within the North East • Activity primarily Business to Business Excludes Retail, Personal Financial Services, Public Sector etc.

  4. Graduates for Business • Fully Funded Recruitment Service Inc. Vacancy Advertising, Application Collating, Interview Organising • Min £16k Salary • Temporary or Permanent • 6 Month Contract – Permanent Employment • £3,999 Salary Subsidy

  5. Knowledge Exchange Internship • Fully Funded Recruitment Service • Min £16k Salary • 3 – 6 Month Placement/Project • 50% - Match Funded - Consultancy ½ day per week or fortnight - Equipment Up to £1,000 - Personal Development Up to £1,000

  6. Jan - March Internships • Teesside University Graduates • 12 Week - Fully Funded Internship • Paid £6.80 / Hr (by Teesside University) • Role Specification Form Application • Can top up subsidy if you decide to appoint • Application Deadline: Friday 4th October

  7. Student Project • Year out industrial placements • Term time / Summer projects • Various timetables for schools • Science & Engineering • Computing • Business • Arts & Media • May be eligible for salary subsidy
