SKILLET GASKETS (FLANGE SKILLET®) We are appointed by FLANGE SKILLETS INTERNATIONAL to be the Authorized Distributor / Agent in South-East Asia and would like to introduce this product to our value customers. The Skillet Gasket (Flange Skillet®) is a gasket installation device for subsea and topside applications. It reduces the time needed for gasket and RTJ installation up to 60%. As a safety device Flange Skillet® also prevents hand-injuries during the installation. Flange Skillet® align gaskets perfectly in the bolt pattern and therefore leakage. Two different patented models of Flange Skillet® are available. • R & RX (ANSI) – Model: • The classical model of Flange Skillet® is designed to stay in the completed flange assembly. The R & RX model fits oval and octagonal R & RX RTJs. • Dimension Range: 2” ~ 60” • Material Available: • Carbon Steel • Aluminum • Stainless Steel BX & SPO (API) – Model: The new Flange Skillet® model is designed for the installation of BX gaskets and SPO compact flanges and can be removed during the flange assembly. An oil or gas well can be regarded as a factory, and the Sand Probe Monitor gives operators the best tool for maximizing profits. Instruments are in operation on thousands of wells every day, with the support from this world’s largest supplier of sand monitoring systems, we are sure that we could provide the best solution to our customers. When sand is being produced from a reservoir it lowers the production rate and increases maintenance costs; it also represents a serious hazard to its surroundings. Produced sand can never be ignored and any well producing from an unconsolidated reservoir needs to have some sort of sand-monitoring system in place, preferably a real-time sand monitoring system.
