Today’s Discussion • 5 Groups, 6 members each • Each group has 4 topic cards to discuss (they move in chronological order of Part I) • Please discuss only what relates to your topic card • Use your book for reference throughout the discussion • Today’s grade will be a 20-point test/project grade and will hinge on your personal contribution to your group’s discussion • Examples from the text, insight, relevant questions, etc. • Optional Writing/ Make-up Assignment: Write 1-2 pages on 3 significant event, people, etc. from Part I and how those help establish the characters and conflicts in the book. Due Wednesday.
