Outcomes Data Reduction in FSBG Preventive Appointments Reduction in No-Show Rates Glucose self-monitoring triggers sent via CareMessage were effective in lowering finger stick blood glucose (FSBG) levels by 11.3%. 23% appointment scheduling rate for new patients and those missing a critical preventative screenings vs. 6% conversion leveraging traditional communication methods. Several CareMessage customers have reported lowering their no-show rates between 10%-50%.

A study measuring LDL for uninsured patients that completed CareMessage's high cholesterol program demonstrated a 21% decrease in LDL (vs. medication alone).
