Memory Loretta Lee After helping out The book Quote
Supporting evidence • In the novel, Loretta Lee was not very nice and caring to Max. But in the end, she differs from what she did in the past. In page 126, you will see how she changes by helping out Max. • “Loretta goes, “The plan is Iggy keeps him busy while I get you loose, now isn’t that a good plan? There’s enough cops up there to start a war we’ll be safe enough we get out of this godforsaken place.”
Supporting Evidence • Other evidence is found by looking at page 126 • “Her hands are pulling at the rope, nervous and quick, but the knots just keep getting tighter. Finally she gets this idea to cut the rope on the ragged edge of the boiler…”
Supporting Evidence “Nothing is a drag, kid.” This quote said by Loretta Lee is an inspiration for Max. This quote is found on page 160.
Theme Statement • It is never to late to change who you are from what you were in the past. • Loretta Lee used to be bad to Max. But the past did not make her not able to change from what she was.
