  12. Tips Get the interviewee to respond as quickly as possible. You can explain later. Keep informal interviews short. 2-3 questions. Keep going if the interviewee is receptive. You’re not looking for statistical significance. Ask questions that will help you understand, expand or modify your project. Remain neutral. Criticism may sting a little, but is rarely fatal.
