  2. Intinerary • For my trip I will be visiting Stockholm, Sweden and the surrounding cities. I am planning on staying for six days in a hotel in Stockholm. There are a ton of museums that I plan on visiting to learn more about Sweden. There are also restaurants and I’ve heard that they have really good and unique food. If possible I would like to meet Felix Kjellburg, he is one of my favorite youtubers and he lives in Sweden.

Contributions to Science • The mecanum wheel was invented in Sweden. • It was invented in 1973 and patented in 1974. • BengtIlon Invented it. • It’s purpose is so that wheels can spin in any direction. • The military uses it so they can move heavy objects without the trouble of having toturn it first.

Type of Government • The population of Sweden is about 9.157 million (9,175,000) • Languages spoken: Swedish 95% Finnish 15% English 75% other 10% • Sweden is in North Europe and bordered by Norway and Finland. • Their currency consists of kronas they are the same as .15 of a dollar. • Sweden’s government is monarchy. • The king has all of the power but citizens have their rights. • King Carl XVI Gustaf has been king since September 15, 1973 • The king’s election lasts for life. The next king is elected a few days after the previous dies. • The country’s government has been like this since 995.
