Honors Distinction • Geometry Honors is a fast-paced, rigorous course which requires that students be self-motivated and able to work independently. Organizational skills and above average reading are critical to success. Homework will be given a minimum of four times a week and is expected to be completed and turned in on time, every day. All students should have near perfect attendance in this class.
HOMEWORK • Homework is an essential part of the educational process, especially in Mathematics. The homework in this course will reinforce the material covered in the classroom and provide time for practice. Students will earn points for each homework assignment completed. Homework assignments will be graded based on completion. Completion in this class means that all assigned problems have been worked out (with all work shown) and a solution, whether correct or incorrect, has been found and highlighted.
