  1. Fields 601, 603, 611, 617 do not delete during the ADDYEAR process in June. Check the birthdate on common names Field 601 is filled in with the first ninth grade enrollment of the student. The best source for this date is the paper cum. See advanced SIS training book for a method to fill in this field quickly during the month of June each year. To print an eligibility roster, the following fields must be filled in: For Fall: 601, 622 & 632, 616, 618 623 & 634 (if dual sport athlete) For Winter: 601, 625 & 638, 616, 618 626 & 636 (if dual sport athlete) For Spring: 601, 618 & 638, 616, 618 629 & 639 (if dual sport athlete) Optional fields are: 602, 603, 611, 612, 613, 614, 615, 617. These do not printout on the eligibility report, but are valuable on the “athletic checklist” (ID41) By filling in each, and every field, many good reports can be generated for the A.D., A.P., but especially coaches. This is what pops up if you press <F9> when your cursor is next to fields 622-629. Try a “shift+print screen” when you see this page, you’ll need to refer to it often. This is the athletic page (600 Fields) In order to enter information on the 600 page needed for the eligibility roster (ID47), get ID01 access from your SIS coordinator.
