  1. Tulsi mala and its benefits. One of my favorite meditation methods is a mantra with sumarni beads mala . This practice is called Japa in Sanskrit. In Japan practice, you repeatedly recite one word, multiple words, or a long mantra such as:. Beautiful Gayatri Mantra. Malaby's is a traditional method of counting the number of times a mantra is chanted between beads. The word "mala" means "garland" and is a row of beads. The full size Mala consists of 108 beads and a master bead or tassel to remind you of a great teacher in our lives. It can be made from tulsi wood. Japamala beads can be made from wooden beads, seeds, semi-precious or precious stones, or precious stones. Tulsi Mala is made from the plant or seeds of the Tulsi plant. Tulsi (holy basil) is considered one of the most sacred plants in Indian worship. Hindus consider Tulsi to be a plant-shaped goddess (a manifestation of Lakshmi) with great spiritual and healing powers.there are many tulsi collections or ways of tulsi beads mala you can wear. How to use Mala. Find a comfortable place to sit for your practice. • • • • • Choose a mantra that makes sense to you. Traditionally, mala is held between the thumb and middle finger of one hand. The mantra is said to be soft, soft, or aloud as each bead passes through the fingers and thumb. The most powerful mantra is said to be a mantra that repeats quietly in the mind. This happens until it reaches Guru beads, the mala is turned inside out, and the process continues until it reaches Guru beads again.

  2. What are the benefits of mantra practice? Japa practice, or repetition of mantras, is a great way to calm your mind and think about "God" (whatever it is for each of us, regardless of culture, religion, or belief) in our daily lives. It is known to have positive effects on the brain and mood by promoting a sense of relaxation, focusing attention and increasing self- esteem. Currently being explored in the West, there are many advantages to mantras. Studies have shown that this ancient Indian sound vibration psychiatry was used to help the mind, body, and life.
