  1. SEL Training SEL Training can help children learn to manage their emotions. Children who are able to control their emotions are more likely to succeed in life and school. In addition, their behavior will be more appropriate, so they will be able to interact better with other people. When a child is able to manage his or her emotional state, it will make it easier for that child to learn new things and solve problems.

  2. To develop self-esteem, teachers should use SEL techniques when teaching children. These techniques include role playing and modeling, and they help children learn how to communicate effectively with others, how to listen attentively, how to be creative and spontaneous in their thinking, and how to work together with others toward a common goal.
