  1. Amritsari Chhole and Stuffed Kulche: Amritsari Bliss in Every Bite Savour the irresistible essence of Amritsari Chhole accompanied by the tantalising charm of Stuffed Kulche. Embark on a culinary escapade with these simple yet captivating instructions to conjure up a symphony of flavours, transporting you straight to the heart of Amritsar's renowned Chhole Kulche streets. Ingredients: For Chhole: ● 3 cups Kabuli Chana (soaked and boiled) ● 1 tbsp Coriander Powder ● 2 tbsp Chhole Masala ● 1½ tsp Red Chili Powder ● 1/2 tsp Mint Powder ● 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder ● 1 tsp Ajwain (Carom Seeds) ● 1 tsp Chaat Masala Powder ● Salt to taste ● 4-5 Green Chilies, slit ● Ginger Juliennes 1 inch ● 2 Tej Patta (Bay Leaf) ● 1-2 cups water (adjust for desired consistency) ● Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread For Kulche Dough: ● 2 cups All-purpose Flour ● 1/4 tbsp Baking Powder ● 1/4 tbsp Baking Soda ● Salt to taste ● 1/4 cup Sugar ● 1/4 cup Yoghurt ● Warm Water as needed

  2. 1 tsp Oil for greasing For Stuffed Kulche Filling: ● 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds ● 1 tsp Cumin Seeds ● 3 boiled Potatoes, mashed ● 1 large Onion, finely chopped ● 2-3 Green Chilies, finely chopped ● Fresh Coriander leaves, chopped ● 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder ● 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala ● Salt to taste Instructions: Step 1: Chhole Preparation Begin by soaking Kabuli Chana overnight and boiling them until tender. In a pan, sauté a mixture of coriander powder and carom seeds, creating a fragrant base. Introduce the boiled chana to this aromatic blend, along with chhole masala, red chilli powder, mint powder, turmeric powder, salt, and approximately one cup of water. Allow the ingredients to meld together, adjusting the water as necessary to achieve a slightly thick gravy consistency. To enhance the flavour profile, incorporate green chilies, ginger, and tej patta, simmering the concoction for a few minutes. Add 50 gms of Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread and 1 tsp of oil in a pan. Let the butter melt.
