Ingredients: ● 1 cup Sesame Seeds (White): Soaked and finely ground ● 1 cup Semolina (Suji) ● 1/2 cup water ● 2 tablespoons Nutralite Doodhshakti Pure Ghee ● 1 cup Jaggery ● 1/4 cup cashews ● 1/4 cup almonds ● 1/4 cup raisins ● 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder ● 1/4 teaspoon saffron ● 1 tablespoon Nutralite Chocolate Spread ● 1/4 cup pistachios ● 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds ● 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder ● 3-4 tablespoons khoya (Reduced Milk) Instructions: Step 1: Preparing Sesame Seed Paste Soak sesame seeds in water overnight. Once soaked, drain the sesame seeds and grind them into a smooth paste. Step 2: Cooking the Sesame Seed Mixture Begin by heating Nutralite's Doodhshakti Pure Ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cashews, almonds, raisins, cardamom powder, fennel seeds, and ginger powder to the sesame seed mixture. Add the three to four tablespoons of khoya to the sesame seed mixture. Pour in the syrup and cook, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is thick and glossy. Remove from heat, stir in saffron, and let it cool slightly.
