Dismantle the trafficking networks that exploit women in fake massage businesses and builda strong safetynet forsurvivors.

Illicit Massage Business Initiative • Eliminate criminal networks and permanently close their illicit massage business locations • Utilize a wide range of investigative and prosecutorial tools to target criminal networks • Treat survivors as victims of crime and abuse and connect them to service providers • Engage in multiple agencies to harness their expertise to develop successful cases
