ASTM D6083 Specification Testing • “Standard Specification for Liquid Applied Acrylic Coating Used in Roofing” • Similar in principle to C920 and C834 in the Caulk and Sealant Industry • Consists of several individual tests. • ASTM C794/D903 Adhesion • ASTM 2370 Tensile Strength and Elongation • ASTM D522 Mandrel Bend • ASTM D624 Tear Strength for Elastomers • Water Immersion • Dirt Pick-Up Resistance • Compared to three commercially available products

Summary • EPS 2223 is Styrenated Acrylic Emulsion with Elastomeric Properties • It has excellent metal adhesion, humidity resistance and Dirt Pick Up Resistance • EPS 2223 Starting point formulations were tested versus commercially available products used in sloped roof Coatings • Showed comparable to superior performance to products tested • Had high metal adhesion, dirt pick up resistance and excellent blend of tensile strength and elongation
