第四节 太阴病预后. 太阴中风欲愈候（ 274/P298 ）. 何志雄教授意见： 太阴中风，指由风寒直接引起发病的太阴外症（表证），与太阳表证基本相同。 不同之处：身不发热而手足自温，同时伴烦热疼痛之感。 脉由原来轻按见微，沉取见涩而转见充沛有力（即长脉）为病愈之兆。. 太阴阳复自欲候（ 278/P299 ）. 脉浮缓： 太阳中风 --- 卫外不固，营阴外泄 --- 浮而和缓 太阴病 ---- 脾气虚弱，寒湿阻滞 --- 浮弱而缓 手足自温： 不发热 --- 非三阳病

  2. 太阴中风欲愈候（274/P298） 何志雄教授意见： 太阴中风，指由风寒直接引起发病的太阴外症（表证），与太阳表证基本相同。 不同之处：身不发热而手足自温，同时伴烦热疼痛之感。 脉由原来轻按见微，沉取见涩而转见充沛有力（即长脉）为病愈之兆。

  3. 太阴阳复自欲候（278/P299） 脉浮缓： 太阳中风---卫外不固，营阴外泄---浮而和缓 太阴病----脾气虚弱，寒湿阻滞---浮弱而缓 手足自温： 不发热---非三阳病 无手足逆冷---非少阴、厥阴 系在太阴 转归： 太阴发黄----寒湿阻滞，肝胆失疏---“于寒湿中求之” 脾家实----脾阳恢复----腐秽当去----暴烦下利日十余行

  4. 太阴转属阳明候（187/P300） ①系在太阴 ②寒湿不化，转为阴黄 ③脏病还腑，转为阳明病
