  3. Problems: See Thom, Simon, or Logan. You could find that things take slightly longer to resolve due to not having the flexibility we had with Phil. Make sure you are backing up your files!!! Laptop Leases: We are shifting back to Toshiba this year as our leases come up. All laptops have to go back in working condition so please make me aware of any issues, prior to your laptop going back. Upgrade ‘vs’ Maintenance: How to care for what we have, especially your chargers. (we spent $1200 replacing only chargers in 2010)
