  1. Installation Of Ms Cynthia Tillman Ms. Cynthia Tillman was installed as our Early Learning Center Director. Installation is an honor afforded to Cynthia who graduated from Concordia River Forest University in 1982. Her ministry includes teaching in several Lutheran schools, over twenty years in the states of Michigan, Alabama, Illinois, Georgia, and Tennessee. She has also served as Principal, Administrator Admission Counselor for Concordia College, Selma Alabama. She was Director of Open Arms Christian Child Development Center in Laurel Maryland for the past five years. We are privileged to have Cynthia working in our midst as our Early Learning Center Director.
