MATHEMATICS • National Mathematical Olympiad The national mathematical Olympiad is the strategy that Omapa has to get inside the Paraguayan classrooms, with an innovative propose of a mathematic of quality that encourages the logical thinking and the reasoning and uses the mathematic as a tool for problem solving of any kind. Teachers and students work together throughout the school year, aiming to train for this competition, which has five rounds and covers the whole school year.
MATHEMATICS • National Mathematical Olympiad Books • Each year, a selection of math problems is published by OMAPA. These problems are creative, different and based in logical thinking. • These books are handed to each teacher who participates in the workshops as one of the activities of the National Mathematical Olympiad.
