FY2012 Financial Reporting Update • Fund / Funding Source mapping confirmations due back to SWAR 6/30/12 • This is necessary to ensure the Teamworks financial data is mapping to the correct fund type and correct funding sources for the BCR & CAFR • Governance Project – correct use of fund and fund sources • SAO has analyzed agency data as of 5/31/12, and has sent out requests for agencies to correct any data which is incorrect funds, funding sources, etc.

FY2012 Financial Reporting Update • REMINDER: READ FUND BALANCE A.D.!! • When setting up BCR reserves for FY2012 make sure to DR 390110 / CR 337XXX • Year-end forms • Confirmation of Receipt of year-end forms due July 13, 2012 • Review the ‘Forms Due by Entity’ file for a list of forms due for each agency. • Contact SAO_Reporting@sao.ga.gov with any questions • Partnership Meetings • No meetings in June
