What is KEYS? • An Online Tool • Provides for research based change and data-driven decision making • Diagnoses strengths and problem areas on 42 conditions related to quality schools and high student achievement • Provides opportunities for ongoing action research • Provides baseline data and benchmarks for improvement • Includes current and relevant resources for continuous school improvement
