Lot Requirements Existing Facilities 16,000 SF of Business – 3.3 per 1000sf 8,000 SF of Restaurant – 15 per 1000sf 16 x 3.3 = 52.8 or 53 spaces 8 x 15 = 120 spaces The new required Parking total is 53 + 120 = 173 spaces This is an increase of 74 stalls – This may not be possible because of parking requirements.
