4. The Fluorescent Lights are the lights that uses a low pressure mercury vapor gas discharge to brighten up and produce visible light. However the fluorescent lights are less efficient as compared to the LED lights, they are been used more. In comparison , to the LED’s the life is shorter. The LED’s last upto 20 Years, whereas the fluorescent lights last upto only 9 years . Also the mercury content is present in fluorescent lights but not in LED lights. FLUORESCENT LIGHTS
