Logging in to Unify • You’ll receive an email • Click “Go to Dashboard” link • Set your own password • Your login will be email and the password you set for all accounts you have • New: “View My Card” button will take to you to a copy of your Spread the Word Business Cards for easy printing if you run out! The email will come from our Unify system from: GirlScout-sale@qspgao.com

  3. Dashboard Overview Four dashboards (Girl, Troop, Service Unit, Council) You will have access to your highest level user and below.

Girl Activity • Icon with each girl’s MyCreationTMimage and participation indicated with a • Click on square next to the girl’s name to send email (blue arrow) • Click on shopping cart to view the girl’s online store and/or make a purchase from the girl (purple arrow) Has not CompletedMyCreation Completed MyCreation

  7. Manage Orders Click pencil next to girl’s name to edit/add her orders or rewards Click the plus sign to add a payment turned into the Troop

Manage Orders Enter In-PersonOrders Only • Number of items ordered for each nut/chocolate product from the Order Card • Gift of Caring under ‘Thank You Vouchers’ Online sales will already be in UNIFY, shown on the bottom drop down menu boxes. Click Save and Continue. Will have option to update girl reward choices.

Girl Dashboard – Select Rewards Girl Select Rewards • Girls can pre-select rewards • Rewards automatically calculate based on orders entered and show when that level has been achieved • Items not yet earned will be greyed out • Choices automatically default to item listed first if no previous selection was made • Troops will review selections and can add/edit selections for girls

  10. Dashboard Navigation Burger Menu Navigation • Navigate UNIFY from the burger menu • Switch between one or more dashboards • i.e. from Troop to Girl (if applicable) • Access Financials, Rosters, Reports, and more
