  1. Using Add Note 4 Apr 06

  2. The add note section is at the end of the ESF600.

  3. To add a note, Click on the AddNote button then click on the New Note button.

  4. Enter a Note Category and a Note Title. This is free text so you can enter anything you feel is appropriate.

  5. You have 2 options here: • Start typing in this box • or • Load a file

  6. Option 1 When you are done typing click on Note Complete

  7. Option 2 1) Click here 2) Navigate to where you placed your file. You can load a file that is one of the types listed below. The size limit is 500KB

  8. 3) Select your file and click Open

  9. 4) Click on Select. This Image preview box will not appear for text files.

  10. 5) Click on Note Complete

  11. The end result It is important to note that this section of the ESF600 is not meant to replace the S/O module. Additionally, if large files are used performance will be impacted for the encounter. For example, signing the encounter will take longer.
